One Hour minimum. Booking lengths must be specified at the time of the booking and shall constitute the minimum billing time. All Talent Rates shall be established at the time of booking. All usage negotiated separately. These rates will be based on standard business operating hours 9:00 am – 5:00 pm weekdays. Overtime is charged at time and one half before 9:00 am and after 5:00 pm.
A day rate must be specified in advance of the booking and cannot be converted from hourly to day during the booking. Day rate includes eight hours of the talent’s time including lunch. Day rate must be paid if specified even though the talent is not used the full eight hours. Time and a half is charged after eight hours and on Saturdays. Double rate is charged on Sundays. Day bookings consist of any eight consecutive hours between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Fees negotiated on project basis. Rates can also vary by performance category and media usage. Buyouts to be negotiated separately. Simultaneous on set photography for print or other non TV-film advertising will be billed at an additional billing rate.
FASHION/PROMOTIONAL/TRADE SHOW BOOKINGS:
Rates vary based upon type of show, time, length, location.
CONSUMER PACKAGES, BILLBOARDS, POINT OF PURCHASE, POSTER, INTERNET
Specific clearance must be made through the agency when booking the assignment. Talent is paid the regular hourly rate plus a premium payment.
Regular photography rates.
PERSONAL PRODUCTS AND LINGERIE:
Personal products and intimate apparel including bras, slips, girdles, teddies, camisoles and panty hose are subject to special rates. Nightgowns and slips are time and one half. Bras, other ladies undergarments (panties, pantyhose) and men’s underwear will be billed at double rate. Client must specify the exact type of garment(s) at the time of booking the engagement.
TRAVEL TIME BY AUTO:
Travel time is computed at $60/hour ($75/hour in inclement weather), plus expenses, when required to travel more than 20 miles from the center of Talent’s city of residence. If talent furnishes own automobile, talent shall be paid $0.50 per mile for auto expenses (outside the 20 mile radius). Location must be discussed and confirmed prior to booking.
$100 per hour.
Full hourly rate. On set or location styling and make up: full hourly rate.
CANCELLATIONS: A 50% (of agreed booking price) fee will be charged for a job cancelled after it has been a confirmed booking.
To be stated at the time of the booking. Type of weather permit must be specified. Cancellation prior to booking day is no charge, provided it is re-booked at the time of the cancellation. Otherwise regular cancellation fees will apply.
Tentative bookings must be confirmed or released within 72 hours prior to the booking.
All rights granted are contingent upon receipt of all fees including agency service charges. Rights released are those specifically enumerated and marked on the release/contract billing authorization provided by models/talent. All other rights reserved. Usage fees must be negotiated for billboards, posters, packaging, POP’s, national retail/magazine advertisements, international usages, FSI’s stills for television/film, web usage, exclusivity, and use of actual names and or other specialized uses. All uses for print are for a one year period unless otherwise specified.
Specific wardrobe is the responsibility of the client. Model/Talent for commercial assignments will provide a basic assortment of 3 outfits.
SPECULATION AND TEST SHOOTS:
We do not foster speculative assignments. All talent are paid the regular photography rate.
CONVENTIONS AND SPECIAL PROMOTIONS:
Rates vary based on hours, wardrobe and necessary duties.
Interviews are permitted at no charge. Please call advising the type of talent required. Arrangements will be made to have talent report to agreed upon location. In this manner, you can be assured of selecting the right talent for your particular assignment.
CHANGING FACILITIES/HOLDING AREA:
Secure private changing facilities must be provided on all bookings and locations.
STYLISTS AND MAKE-UP ARTISTS FEES:
Based on individuals personal rates and quoted on client specifications.
Model/talent may not be asked to sign a release without the Agency’s permission. Any release signed without Agency permission or consent will be considered void. Releases are valid upon receipt of payment including usage fees and service charges. Photographs are released for one year only, for a specified client designated at the time of the booking. If the photo is to be used beyond the anniversary date, it will have to be re-negotiated and approved through Sculptures Agency, LLC.
Please check with the agency regarding possible conflicts. We will provide you with the most accurate information that is available to us. We do not however guarantee or warrant the accuracy of the information. Exclusivity must be negotiated as a special use.
Payment is required within 30 days of the invoice date. Overdue accounts will be charged at the rate of 4% per month of the unpaid balance. In the event of non-payment, all collection costs (including any legal expenses and court fees) will be the responsibility of the client, advertising agency or their representatives.
All model/talent fees to be paid directly to Sculptures Agency, LLC.
A service charge of twenty percent (20%) will be added to all model and talent fees, use fees and renegotiated fees.
Provide agency with complete billing information prior to the booking, including usage. Provide agency with exact wardrobe requirements, shoot location, time and date and furnish safe and secure dressing/holding facilities for talent. Provide any specific weather permits regarding booking. Client must sign talent/model voucher at the end of each booking. Client or model/talent should report any complaints promptly during the course of the booking. Complaints will not be considered in retrospect.

American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (AFTRA), Screen Actors Guild (SAG),
